... I don't even know what the phones can do other than text and take the odd photo. Could we be messaging someone back in the conference room to tell them what we've found? Means we don't have to wait around for people to get back from investigations.

... Well, I'd take minimal over nothing. I'm just concerned we could run too wild with theories and then struggle to detach from them if they're proved wrong by other information we find or are told about.
We're very good at hyperfocusing. But not in a good way.

We probably overcomplicate things. If we do things more logically, and try and keep our evidence in order maybe things will be easier.
These phone things have a camera option, don't they? I need to remember that I can take images of places I investigate.
