It's hard to say what justice is. Even if it's a definition just for me I don't know if I can call it one thing - not when everyone argues about it. Especially here, when everybody's lives are different and if I say that 'life for a life' is crazy - that'd invalidate a lot of how you all live. I don't wanna do that.
I feel like... all I know is what justice isn't right now.
When I asked, I was told they only have control over half of what happens at the weekend. But it wasn't specified which half. [ ... ] If you think it sounds like Greed set up the system I'd... hesistantly say it's more likely the trial is their doing.

This is flawed - none of this is justice. The idea of having to figure out what happened to somebody's life in nine hours, and a system where you gotta vote or else someone could just decide to kill Masters-san for no reason - and then the idea that people should be competing for their lives in the first place just because we agreed to be here. None of that's right.

I don't think that I... as someone who's grown up with laws and got to live in peace most of my life - should get to say that my justice is better than anyone else's. Not when people have been hurt way worse than I have.

Wartime has its own set of rules, they're just... complicated and loose. Ultimately, here we're all the same page. If you think our justice should be different, then do what you can to change it. Get everyone to vote, get everyone to try harder at solving all this in the first place, you won't be the only one trying to change things. That much I already know.
Yeah - normally all you do is just bounce and play around on it. Maybe you dodge, but since it's normally soft, it's impossible to get hurt. [mostly. sometimes you slam into other kids inside. it's fine, irrelevant because it's still not spikes]

I'm not here to be your personal confidence booster. I'm just saying you're not the only one that wants to pick apart what's going on here, and see what we can do it change things, if it's possible. If not, we minimise the damage as best we can. If we can.
