I think it was a combination of both, and some good hearts among our group. I'm not advocating murdering someone - but we don't have any logical way of keeping track of what he does, or what he says, not to mention Thursdays where we can't even be awake to control his actions.
A power will do something on Thursday. There aren't enough Hubris powers around to keep Childe under control for the next week, and I do not trust him not to do something before that. We logically will have to keep him on round the clock surveillance - even watching his conversations.
Right now, we're all running on anger and fumes. I have some groundwork to do anyway, and fast, in case someone decides he's better off dead anyway.

Also I don't know what this place counts as ... acceptable death, if that makes sense? No one has murdered outside of the usual pattern. If someone does kill him and gets punished for it, then what? Either way we're going to have to talk about this tomorrow, as a whole.
Wait, do you think I'm going to run off and kill him? [ YURI? ] I was strong enough to end it with my bare hands, and was right next to him when everything started. Someone needed to take charge of the situation, and I'm not that passionate about whether he lives or dies - I just think it's stupid to leave him alive. I'm especially not going to do anything now that he's healing. That's insane.
[ PLEASE HE WAS JUST BEING A COMMANDER ]
...That being said, I agree on both counts. It's more just that I think he's likely to try and cause problems before then.
So, that's high on the list. I don't know what happened to Envy when he was without anyone for such a short time. I'm sure someone will be willing to switch if it's necessary.
I'm going to talk about it with her. So if I need to, we can just... make the switch.

I don't think she'd mind for Lust either. And White knows I'll make his life hell if something happens to the rest of them and she's put at risk because of it. Even if I have to drag him out of the afterlife to do so.
[ he huffs, a little laugh. ] I think Wrath would give over every part of her body to protect the people close to her - the other Avatars as perhaps the closest. So, I think you're right.
I'm sure you'll see if anything does change. But as long as I know it's possible, I can make the switch when it's needed.
[ hmmm. ] Yes, which is why she needs a few more people at her back watching out for her too. I doubt there'd be an issue, but I am reluctant to shuffle things too much unless it becomes necessary. This weekend just showed how fast a group can drop to zero.

We need to decide in the next 24 hours. If no one lets him get in the healing pod. Otherwise, we need to decide sooner.
[ gu yun sighs and reaches up to rub his temples. hes got a headache coming on. ]
What are you planning on doing?

If you do decide to get rid of Childe tomorrow, there will be no Lusts left. [ he... wasn't kidding when he brought up Lust as a serious concern. ]
And chances are he'll be considered an acceptable target for someone to go after next week.

[ sir. ]
Enough people are mad about it I'm not dismissing it. And I'm not interested in putting Lust in harm's way in the process.

I know. Hence why I need to talk to Wrath.
